We offer three levels of service depending on your requirements:
We bring you new opportunities, but do not need help with the transactional process.
This service includes:
Terms: min. 3 months exclusive, proof of financial status required at point of instruction, fee to be determined upon application.
You have identified a property and would like us to represent you during the transaction process.
This service includes:
Terms: proof of funds required at point of instruction, fee based on hourly rate to be determined upon application.
Combines all services under the "Search Only" and "Acquisition Only" options.
We are there at every step of the search and transaction process.
Terms: proof of financial status required at point of instruction, fee to be determined upon application.
We find properties using both "on" or "off" market sources. In some circumstances, vendors/agents may require a NDA to be signed before releasing full details.
We will only show you properties that match your specified investment or development criteria.
All new clients are required to complete a questionnaire to provide basic personal and business details as well as their investment criteria.

For cost efficiency, you can combine any of our Acquisition Services with an Investment or Development Appraisal Report, which will give you additional peace of mind before before comitting to your new purchase.
Our appraisal reports are intended to provide some pre-acquisition due diligence and can also be used to raise finance, formulate business plans, or create investor presentations. For more information click below:
Our fees are determined after an initial discussion with every new client regarding their requirements. Generally speaking, we charge a standard introduction fee that can be calculated as a percentage of purchase price, discount to asking price, or a combination of both.
All fees are qouted exclusive of reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and disbursements.
